Dr. Vincent J. Giaimo brings 30 years of dedicated experience in dentistry to the Amsterdam and Malta, NY communities. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in biology from Union College in Schenectady, New York, before graduating with a Doctor of Dental Surgery (D.D.S.) degree from SUNY at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine in 1996. Following his education, Dr. Giaimo completed a general practice residency at St. Peter’s Hospital in Albany, New York, in 1997. His commitment to ongoing education is evident through his participation in quarterly training and advanced courses. As a member of the American Dental Association, New York State Dental Association, and the 4th District Dental Society, Dr. Giaimo is passionate about helping patients understand the importance of maintaining excellent oral health. He integrates the latest technology with evidence-based treatment plans to ensure optimal results for his patients. Outside of dentistry, Dr. Giaimo enjoys playing golf, kayaking, and spending time with his wife and children.
