Vincent J. Giaimo, D.D.S.

Dr. Vincent J. Giaimo earned his Bachelor of Science degree in biology at Union College in Schenectady, New York.  Dr. Giaimo then attended dental school at SUNY at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine, graduating with his Doctor of Dental Surgery (D.D.S.) degree in 1996.  He completed a general practice residency at St. Peter’s Hospital in Albany, New York, in 1997.  Dr. Giaimo continues to advance his knowledge of dentistry with quarterly training and continuing education courses, including advanced training with CEREC same-day restoration technology.  He has been practicing in the Amsterdam, New York, area for 20 years.

As a dentist, Dr. Giaimo’s goal is to seek professional satisfaction and to help patients understand the value of maintaining great oral health.  At his practice, their dental philosophy is to implement and integrate new technology alongside an evidence-based treatment plan to provide an improved result.

Dr. Giaimo and his wife have 3 children.  His hobbies include coaching football, basketball, and baseball, as well as playing golf and kayaking.
